Mechanism for submitting complaints and methods of dealing with them
Within the “Hakaya” campaign, with the aim of empowering the capabilities of displaced youth, the Accountability Advocates Organization held two-day training sessions for university students on July 3, 2024 in the city of Hasakah, with the participation of 10 students of both sexes.
The first session included the topic “The Mechanism for Submitting Complaints and Methods of Dealing with Them,” where comprehensive instructions were provided to the participants on how to submit complaints in an effective and professional manner. The second session also addressed the topic “Conflict Management Strategies and the Role of Communication in Resolving Them.”
The best practices and strategies for managing conflicts and promoting constructive communication as a means of resolving conflicts peacefully were discussed.
These sessions are part of the organization's efforts to enhance awareness and build capacity in local communities.
